and numerous added requirements, Derek consistently keeps deliverables
very close to estimates. He manages customer expectations by providing
“real” estimates and is careful to insure the customer understands they

through the customer’s description of business processes and extracting
the real requirements for a task. He is very innovative and he always

that exceed customer requirements and expectations. His customers have

to the continuation of the EMS project. |

well as or customers and users. His skills as a programmer have improved
substantually and he has been our role model new and innovative ideas.
Examples include JavaScript menus that work across multiple browsers,
using DAOs (Data Access Objects) has a means of reading and writing to our
database, and converting our transcripts from HTML output to PDF for
better consistency in printing. |
